What is the value of quality in relationship to customer satisfaction?

What companies that represent these sectors: manufacturing, service and non profit model their business practices based on a customer focused initiative?

What is the value of quality in relationship to customer satisfaction?
Don't know if you still need help with this but...





For Service Industry; I would recommend places like Red Robin, where the whole company is set up to please the customer.





Manufacturing; I don't have a specific company in mind, but I would look at industries where quality is still important. Perhaps the manufacture of stringed instruments.





Non-profit; that's a bit harder. Maybe a children's hospital. I don't know if that would qualify, but I can't think of anything else.
