So if you pay for a service it should be done right or your satisfaction guaranteed right? What about doctor?

So its ok for him to give you medication that he gets a kick back from the drug companies and if it doesn't work and he was wrong you pay him a second time? Thats pretty pathetic isn't it?

Unfortunately, you are paying for his time. There are laws forbidding kickbacks and they are becoming more strict. There's an assumption that they follow the hypocratic oath "do no harm" and would not prescribe a medication that wouldn't do for you what it was intended to. My vote is to stay away from medication at all costs unless you really truly need it. Physicians are trained to medicate any complaint that a patient presents with. They don't get training in alternative methods of healing or prevention. Medicine has side effects and every medication is a potential poision. You don't know what you're allergic to until you have an outbreak. We are overmedicated!
Reply:If that's what you believe, I suggest that you stay out of doctors' offices, emergency rooms and hospitals. It would help to tattoo that onto yourself somewhere in case you are unconscious or forget how depraved all doctors are. You sound like a smart guy. Report Abuse

Reply:They call it a medical "practice."
