What is Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (CSG), means to me is a slogan, used by companies assuring customers for a total SATISFACTION, from the product purchased or services hired or out sourced.
Academically, each Customer desire to hire services (Out Source) services,
1. mainly for economic reasons,
2. in house, lack of expertise,
3. SATISFACTION.
