How can a barcode system helps to improve customer's satisfaction?

I'm not sure where you are going with this question but I like bar codes.





Many stores have readers that will price merchandise for the customer.





There are no mis-keys on a cash register.





There are no mistakes by people stocking the shelves.





If there is a price change there is no need to reprice each item.





In the long run it costs less to operate a computer program than to hire three or four stock clerks to mark each item.





Basically IMO it makes for a cleaner operation all the way round. I normally don't believe in "Win Win" scenarios. Most times it requires both parties to give away some of what they want and that makes it a "Lose Lose" from my perspective. But in the case of bar-codes I think both the customer and the business wins.





I sure hope that is what you are looking for...
