Cell Phone Providers: How would you improve Customer Service/Satisfaction?

Who do you have service through? What are some of your pet peeves when it comes to your cell phone provider? What would you do to retain/attract customers?

Telecom: change everything. im not racist in the slightest but it's be a hell of a lot ezya if they had english-speaking ppl on the helpline. i almost wouldnt be suprised if telecom do it on purpose so instead of having to fix all the things wrong with the phones/internet etc, the ppl calling up get so ****** frustrated waiting for an hour or repeating themselves over and over to the operator or being transfered 1000 times only to be cut off that they give up and hang up.


thank christ they're no longer a monopoly!!

Reply:lol yeah having people from india assist you is crazy. but another thing is having some staff that actually know what they're talking about. i find it funny that i don't work for any cell phone company; but i can call them and actually fill them in on things about phones that they didnt know.
Reply:I have Verizon Wireless and i have NEVER had an issue with them. The best customer service from any company i have had to deal with!! Highly recommend them for future service!!!
