The Economy is a bad Bush Economy right now. People are stressed out all of the time over money. Everyone is always looking for the next best thing job wise and looking at how much money they can get paid rather than other factors of the job itself.

Job satisfaction happens only when someone pursues the career which is close to the heart and the employee is passionate about doing.
