What is the way to everlasting pleasure, wellbeing, and satisfaction?

if you figure it out let me know. I have been trying to figure that out all my life.

What is the way to everlasting pleasure, wellbeing, and satisfaction?
For me, that would be to have a fullfiling life, to know I'm leaving a relevant and positive mark in this world, and to have a clear conscience.

However, the answers to that question are many, all valid, and all very personal.

"Happiness" has a different meaning to each person, and there's no "right" or "wrong" answer to it.

edit: May I add, also, that I find "Rick's Chick" answer slightly fascistic, since she has no right to say that other beliefs or religions are wrong and that her's is the only right path to happiness. Religions, like happiness, are a personal choice, and no religion is better (or "more true") than the rest.
Reply:yes, and when you figure those out, tell me the meaning of life...
Reply:Whenever you have a issue, stronghold in your life that is pressing you down, you need to have the word of God in you from the bible to help you cope with your problems. There's people who go to classes for Road Rage - I turn to James - because he gives keys to living a patience life. Turn to God. He loves you, and appreciates you as you are right now.

God Bless,

Reply:A good spouse.
Reply:The Bible and following God's word and STANDARDS. AND NOT MAKING UP YOUR OWN OR DOING WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. Follow what God says and READ THE BIBLE DAILY AND PRAY DAILY and things should work out for you.

That doesn't mean you won't have problems, but you will learn how to cope with them better.
Reply:Kundalini Yoga.

Which I do not have but do believe that if you are completley happy w/yourself and except yourself for what you are and have then you will find what you are looking for. Unfortunately in today's society this is very difficult to achieve.

It's not about what type of person you are anymore, it is all about what you have and don't have. What you look like or don't look like. We live in a difficult time to be satisfied with ourselves. It is very sad.
