Do you think its ok to work for money and not job satisfaction?

I am stuck in a s*** job, but the moneys good, theres not much work,, but there is no job satisfaction.. now the question here is





should I try to make it more interesting cause right now I dont have that many options and secondly the money is quite good.. so dont know..

I think we all do that from time to time. Use this job to figure out what it is you do like about the job and what you don't like. Take that information and start looking for employment that you do feel would satisfy you. When you have a job that you are making good money in, it gives you more leverage as you look for more suitable employment. So the answer to your question is: Short term-yes; Long term-No (for your own satisfaction)

However, for your sanity- maybe you should quietly look around and keep your options open. Don't close the door before you even peak through it.





From the company aspect- as long as you are not causing a problem with absenteeism or morale, then no problem.
