Satisfaction in your job is more important than the money you earn?
I think when you are young you just have to try and earn as much money as you can to get your life set up. When you are older i think you should go for a job that you like more.
Reply:I don't agree and everyone live for a living so why pursue something if the job cannot generate good income.





Money is still a necessity in life unless you have enough and contented than you go for satisfaction.





Human are such that we are never contented so if a new horizon came it will just satisfied you for a while and when you still too long in the job you will find it bored and will brood negativity it.





Make money when you are able to within your means and not to illegal means...

Reply:I do agree. Money can easily be found if you want to, but satisfaction in your job is seldom seen. This is because every time we get something, we crave for more. Seldom that you feel satisfied with your job, taking into consideration the bulk of work but most importantly, the surrounding environment that you have. If you find a job not paying much but you feel so satisfied and happy for it then stick with it. You still get the psychic income - a feeling that money could not equal if ever you compare them.
Reply:I think if i had a family i would do whatever gave me more money even if i didnt enjoy it, yet at the same time, if it was something i hated or disliked doing i wouldnt do it and try to get a job that i liked or am satisfactory with that gives good or decent pay that i can stick to. Theres a defined balance between what you like and hate and whats good pay and whats bad pay. Its all a matter of what you think you can do and how much it pays. You dont want to be doing a job that pays high but you really hate because you dont know what you might do under the stress, you lose more money in the long run if you go into a job that you cant stick to.
Reply:I have the best advice for you. How happy you are with your job will always be more important than how much you are earning. The thing about money is that the more you make, the more your cost of living is, which means that you will always want more money. Talk to people who work very hard. They'll give you this answer as well.


Keep in mind that when you do something that you dislike, you put a lot of stress and unhappiness on yourself. You probably would have to put up with traffic everyday, or ride a full train just to go to work and make money, having to tolerate other people's nonsense. And imagine if they were to fire you like most of these corporations have been doing lately, would it have been worth it? It would not, because you would have used the money to maybe buy a house, a car, and other things, and now you would have to lose them because you no longer have money coming in.





Here is something else to consider: you can make a lot of money with any job. I'll use McD as an example. You don't make that much as a cashier, but what if you were willing to promote your position as a manager? You could be a manager of more than one McD.

but if i had to choose one over the other then maybe the satisfaction of a good job is mroe importnat than money. money is so common, that its being printed every day in ever country. but i've only got one life and only one life to live happily in so when you weigh th possibilities you find its more important to be happy then to be rich
Reply:YES! It's important to LOVE what you do...even if you don't earn a lot of money. The reason being, you spend so much of your life at a job...so it's key that you love what you do and find it rewarding and fulfilling. Otherwise, it's drudgery and depressing (regardless of the money you make)
Reply:you should work with happiunes and satisfaction even if you're in the claening system otherwise you will stress out too much and then you will be angry the hole month and year and the money will be your reward
Reply:They are both important. But if you are doing something you hate, your probably not going to try as hard. If your doing something you love and not making as much, Im sure youll have alot more drive to try harder and advance.
Reply:It Is True. You may think that it's all about money, being a young adult. As you grow older, however, you will realize that it isn't as important as you thought, going to a job that you hate.
