If you are a teacher, what is the greatest sense of satisfaction when teaching?

I have a paper to write and I need some deep answers! Thanks!

If you are a teacher, what is the greatest sense of satisfaction when teaching?
I taught medical assisting for awhile to inner-city, welfare to work students. Many of these students didn't even know what a checkbook was. They had horrible skills across the board from knowing how to dress to being on time to being respecful %26amp; quiet in class. My greatest satisfaction came when one of the male gang-bangers's face lit up during a lecture and he told the talking goof-offs to shut up--this was important! And he went out %26amp; got a job when he graduated,
Reply:I don't know how deep this is, but I get great satisfaction by watching a student improve and achieve what he or she is capable of. I also enjoy it when a student who has been working really hard to get a concept gets it. I also get a great sense of satisfaction when my students get excited about what we are studying.
Reply:SALARY....I think that's the point....
