What are some ways for a new car dealership to improve customer satisfaction?

What are some ways for a new car dealership to improve customer satisfaction?
Full tank of gas, wash/detail, real spare tire (if it fits), call a few days after the sale to make sure they are happy, a free tank of gas in the future, first oil change free. It's the little things that count.
Reply:no hassel, and take out the middle man. that running back and forth to the sales manager is for the birds. The sales person should be able to make their own dealings on car sales. It takes to much time to go back and forth to the salse manager to make a deal.

Listen to the customer to their questions and don t lie.
Reply:stop lying and stop trying to force people to buy something you know they weren't looking for.
Reply:give them what you make them want.. they just need to feel like you're making them you're special guest.. they are a customer, AND "Larry".. every guest needs to feel like you care, and want to help them get what they want.. while you tailor what that is exaclty
Reply:When I go to dealerships and take a driveing test in their trucks and decide to buy it, I find I bought a brand new gas hog. If your people would stop flooring those new vehicles, then we people would be a little more interested in buying new.
