What tools do you use as an educator to measure customer satisfaction? What do school counselors use?

As a teacher I have my students give me feedback on what worked and what didn't work during the nine weeks. I give them a list of questions and they write their responses. I allow them to do this anonymously. I ask them for their feedback and then I use what I learn.

What tools do you use as an educator to measure customer satisfaction? What do school counselors use?
I don't think this makes much sense. Student counselors have customers?
