Why is Chase bank the WORST in customer satisfaction and why don't they change that?

I went into Chase today to cash a check written off of a Chase account after I had verified that the money was in the account. They asked me to step away while they counted the money. THEN, they came back with the check and said they wouldn't cash it even though the money was in the account (and available).......that I should come back tomorrow. WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He gave me his card and said to have the accountholder call him and now that guy won't even answer. The accountholder's mom is the branch manager of another Chase and she said, "some branch managers make people wait a day because they are gay". Why do they do this and how in the heck do they expect to get our business when they lie straight to our face and treat people this way?

Why should they change anything if they can afford not to? Because people continue to feed them, so what good would it be for them to make you happy?





Your job is to make them lose business if they don't make you happy, and give it to somebody who deserves it.
Reply:I hate this stupid idiot bank.I deposit a check,the said i am going to have it available in 7 days,omg,and then they frozenthe account for 10 days.WTF is wrong,and i am supposed ti give this money to a real estate as soon as possible.I may loose my job because of them Report Abuse

Just politely (remeber if you lose your cool, it's all over) ask why it can't be cashed. If you don't get a valid reason (like the check isn't good) politely ask for the names of those involved. Then ask for a corporate telephone number or address. If you don't get this don't sweat, but you can easily find it online. Then send a letter to the corporate offices and the Better Business Bureau explaining the situation.
Reply:Don't complain , Washington Mutual has long lines . All this line for free checking . And I switched from Bank of America cuz they were stealing my money .
