How can you improve the satisfaction level of both customer and supplier?

Exceed both of their expectations on a regular basis. To help with this try to implement some type of streamlining process in your organization like six sigma or lean manufacturing for example.

How can you improve the satisfaction level of both customer and supplier?
Give the supplier hard cash for his supplies immedietely and give the customers very good quality product
