Can you expalin the Marketing concept with emphasis on customer satisfaction?

I'm not certain I understood your question. You may want to expand it a bit.





All marketing is reaching out to YOU. When you market you're reaching out to let people know that they are the most important person in the universe.





We only market to a single person really. As we present our marketing we utilize the word YOU all the time to remind the customer that they are the focus, not us.





If we include customer satisfaction with techniques like guarantees we are proving beyond just saying that they are the most important thing to us.





The way your company handles complaints, refund requests, and support questions reinforces the YOU attitude or negates it.





Word of mouth will prevail and the negative or positive impact will be profound upon the marketing because your reputation will precede your marketing campaign.
