Wheather satisfaction is the basic right of an employee in the organization?

suppose a employee is working for an organisation, is it necessary that he is need to satisfied with the company or is it his basic right to get satisfaction

Wheather satisfaction is the basic right of an employee in the organization?
yes of cource if a person is morally and spritually andeconomically satisfied his working capabilities will be enhanced of this reason most of multinational companies offerdifferent types of recreational activities to make their employee feel like home and comfortable
Reply:Everyone needs to find their own satisfaction at or through their work. Satisfaction is a different thing for each person, if the government were to pass some law or constitutional amendment mandating that job satisfaction IS a right, that would put all companies in the position of being forced by law to satisfy EVERY employee, or ELSE. That would be impossible to achieve, and irrational to enforce.
