What do you do to help you have a sense of satisfaction or accomplishment?

I enjoy helping people. I try to answer the ?'s on here honestly; I volunteer with the local Ambulance Bay; %26amp; I planted a flowerbed this year for some Disabled Individuals.

You? give me some ideas of what you do to feel like you've done something substantial.

What do you do to help you have a sense of satisfaction or accomplishment?
We do other peoples grocery shopping, provided a bed for people who were temporally homeless, taken people to Er in the middle of the night, mowed lawns for neighbors who were unable to do it themselves and rakes and bagged their leaves when they couldn't . I guess that just comes under being neighborly.
Reply:My heart is working with homeless cats at a rescue and adoption shelter.
Reply:I go out in the field ministry and bring to them the message of hope that is stated in the bible. I am one of Jehovah's witnesses.
Reply:When my daughter tells me she loves me and that I make her happy, I'm satisfied no matter what else may be going on :)
Reply:i couldn't say it better than u did. helping people. in anyway possible. the smile u get is reward enough that u've made someone happy and helped solve a problem.
Reply:Always Doing for Others, Thinking of Others needs, and Living For Jesus. (smile)
Reply:For me, teaching gives me a great sense of satisfaction. Especially when my students thank me for shaking them senseless when they wanted to drop out of school and work odd jobs (happens a lot in these little towns in Crete). It is very hard work, you need So much Patience, but in the end, when you see them doing good and heading on to college, I feel like I'm ten feet tall!
