How do you find satisfaction in your own existence?

one gains satisfaction in multiple ways. being comfortable is satisfaction, being happy is as well. if one is entertained, there is a certain satisfaction there. satisfaction is a huge closet full of emotions and choices. during one's day, there will be satisfaction of some sort. eating food, watching a t.v show, talking with friends ect. the rolling stones song 'satisfaction' is a song about not getting any satisfaction, all of the lyrics that mick jagger sings is negative. so satisfaction is anything you get, feel or do that is positive. we all have a couple of minutes of that everyday..right?

How do you find satisfaction in your own existence?
By reading all the dumb questions on Yahoo...
Reply:all you have is yourself...look inside and accept yourself for who and what you are...once you have achieved that satisfaction will come by itself because everything else will cease to matter
Reply:I find satisfaction two ways....I enjoy and love being with my family. They are the most important part of my life.





The other thing I do is volunteering and donating money to families who are having problems.





Both of these things are proof that my existence is positive.

When I am discontent, I perceive something to be lacking before I can be complete and satisfied. If the something lacking is impossible to attain or acquire, I deliberately and consciously redefine satisfaction to include all that I already have.





In other words, I want what I have.
