What is the average percentage of customer satisfaction for Tech Support departments?

i actually work in tech support, and i gotta tell you, alot of people that call are jerks. Most people are very nice though. In my professional opinion, I would say its about 85-90%. The people who do get their problem resolved are really satisfied and acknowledge it, but the negative calls and negative reactions are the ones that you remember and stay with you.
