What are examplets of tools and techniques to measure quality & customer satisfaction?

I'm writing a presentation to a group of investors for a mortgage finance company for a school project.

What are examplets of tools and techniques to measure quality %26amp; customer satisfaction?
Measure %26amp; chart things like customer complaints, mistakes by personnel, and audit for inconsistenciesbetween policies and actual procedures.
Reply:polls and questionnaires probably.
Reply:A basic example would be a survey, although customer participation is sometimes difficult to obtain.





If the company you are presenting to is willing to give you some data, may you could create charts that visually show the turnover of customers (in other words, do customers tend to stay or leave the company) or other quantitative data that will show what you want to measure.
