My HE 2plus washer skips accross the floor when spinning clothes. The Sears mechanic came out and said it was a problem with this type washer. My sears salesman claims it was a defective washer and wants me to exchange it for another like model. I want make sure that my "90 day satisfaction guarantee" wil start again with my new replacement.
