How would you define job satisfaction?

As a loyal and dedicated worker or staff your main concern is not so much on the amount of wages or salaries you are paid but more important is the level of job satisfaction.

How would you define job satisfaction?
Hi

I think a job satisfaction is only achieved when you achieve something end of everyday of your job for which you have passion.
Reply:The feeling you get from knowing you have done your best to look after the people (including your staff) entrusted to your care.
Reply:It about loving your job and feeling proud about being useful because of the work you do.
Reply:You go into work, and it doesn't feel like work. You make a wage you can live on,You feel good before going in.Your employer values your work and opinion, and you have a dedication for your employer.Of course this is fantasy, but this is how it should be for a happy world.
Reply:It's when you actually want to go to work on a Monday morning.
