I need help with this question I am having a hard time finding the answer. Examples would help too.

How can customer satisfaction be used as a marketing tool in an eBusiness?
Promise the customer, out of this world customer satisfaction.


Make sure to follow through with pre calls and post calls,


if you do have any customer escalations ensure you have a quick follow up time, make promises and better yet keep them. Remind them they are a customer before they are a client, Online allow for live post and testimonies to be made on your home page, Everyone is a customer in some shape or form, really without knowing the basis of the eBuisnees this is all I can throw at you, what ever you are trying to Market find a way to play off that and incorporate World Class customer service, which ultimately bring you customer satisfaction.
